Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can track your order status in real-time through the provided courier portal.

If you do not receive tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If the address is incorrect or if the customer is unavailable to receive the order, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases:

Prepaid orders: We will contact you for re-shipping or issue a partial refund after deducting shipping charges.

COD orders: May be canceled automatically without refund of any COD fees (if applicable).

To avoid issues, please provide complete and accurate shipping details and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Damaged Packages or Missing Items

If your package appears to be tampered with, damaged, or missing items, please:

Record an unboxing video while opening the package

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

We’ll investigate and assist you with a replacement or refund as needed.
