Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacement 

You can request a replacement within 5 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
  • You received the wrong product or size
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or damage
  • You received an incomplete order (missing items)
  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was shown on the website
Please note: We do not accept replacement requests for issues caused by regular wear and tear, improper usage, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference (like “I changed my mind”).

Open Box Video – Mandatory for Replacement Requests

To protect both our customers and our brand from any misuse, we have made it mandatory to record a proper unboxing video at the time of delivery. This video acts as proof in case of any issue and ensures that we can process your replacement request smoothly and fairly.

Open Box Video Guidelines

  • Start recording before opening the package
  • Show the outer packaging clearly, including the shipping label
  • Open the package completely on camera, showing the item inside clearly from all angles
  • Make sure the video is continuous and unedited
  • The product condition, size tag, and any damage or issue should be visible in the video
       Without a valid open box video, replacement requests may be rejected.

How to Request a Replacement

  • If you meet the conditions above and have a valid unboxing video, follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, email, or through our website within 5 days of delivery.
  • Share your order ID, the issue you’re facing, and the open box video.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.
  • If your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the original item and send the correct or new product as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and box.
  • If the requested size/product is out of stock, we may offer a refund or exchange it for a similar item of your choice.
  • If the open box video shows any tampering or editing, we reserve the right to reject the request.
